Creative Technologist/Technical Automation Specialist (Freelance)
A multidisciplinary creative strategist who blends UX awareness, technical creativity, process design into their automations. The goal is to scale our design work using a mix of AI tools, smart systems, and operational design.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Automating or optimizing workflows between tools like Figma, Airtable, Asana, Google Suite, and Slack
• Building internal dashboards, scripts, and no-code tools to speed up creative operations
• Supporting database structure and automation logic in Airtable
• Helping automate asset generation in Figma (e.g. templates, text injection, plugin integration)
• Setting up or refining bots, triggers, and notification systems
• Recommending and occasionally setting up APIs or 3rd-party integrations as needed
About you:
• You’re fluent in Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable scripting, Figma plugins, and lightweight JavaScript or Python
• You’ve worked in or around creative teams before, and understand how designers and strategists think
• You love solving annoying manual workflows with smart automation
• You’re organized, communicative, and can plug into Slack async with minimal friction
