Position: Chief of Staff (Part time)

We’re seeking a strategic, highly organized Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and leadership team during a critical stage of growth. This part-time role is ideal for a dynamic operator who can translate vision into execution, drive cross-functional priorities, and bring clarity and momentum to a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment across functions.

  • Drive operational rhythm: lead leadership meetings, track goals and OKRs, and manage investor and board reporting processes.

  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives across product, clinical operations, and partnerships.

  • Develop internal communications and ensure teams are aligned and moving forward on high-priority initiatives.

  • Conduct research, synthesize insights, and prepare materials to support key decisions and stakeholder communications.

  • Identify and proactively resolve blockers that hinder team progress or strategic execution.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in high-growth startups, healthcare, consulting, VC/PE operations, or similar strategic roles.

  • Experience working directly with founders or executive teams.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to dive into operational details when needed.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deep interest in (or experience with) healthcare, behavioral health, or integrated care is a plus.

About You

  • You’re an executor and a synthesizer — you move ideas into action with clarity and precision.

  • You’re energized by the complexity of scaling a mission-driven startup.

  • You bring calm and structure to fast-moving teams and ambiguous situations.

  • You lead with humility, discretion, and an ownership mindset.

  • You believe in the power of integrated, accessible mental health care.

This Isn’t for You If

  • You’re looking for a clearly defined, narrowly scoped role.

  • You prefer predictability over fast-changing startup dynamics.

  • You’re uncomfortable working independently or juggling multiple priorities.

  • You need daily in-person collaboration (we're remote-first).

Location & Time Commitment

This is a part-time (estimated 15–20 hours/week), remote-first role.

  • We welcome candidates from across the U.S., with preference for those able to join in-person meetings in NYC as needed.
