Project Manager (Part-Time)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who excels at coordinating complex initiatives and fostering collaboration among diverse global brands. The ideal candidate will act as a catalyst, ensuring Coalition members actively collaborate, stay engaged beyond regular meetings, and collectively drive meaningful projects forward. You will be central to achieving the Coalition’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, facilitate, and lead regular meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions with Coalition members.
Actively manage stakeholder engagement to ensure Coalition members contribute to and remain involved in joint initiatives.
Maintain consistent and proactive communication with coalition members.
Identify opportunities for collaboration among members and develop structured plans to realize shared goals.
Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure efficient use of coalition funds. Also manage non-profit status compliance.
Address challenges proactively, including member availability and responsiveness, by developing effective communication and follow-up strategies.
Represent the Coalition in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate, prepare, and conduct alignment meetings with the Steering Committee; translate discussion outcomes into actionable tasks and ensure their integration and follow-up with Coalition members.
Track key performance indicators, collect feedback from members, and regularly report on progress and outcomes to the Steering Committee and stakeholders.
Maintain awareness of applicable legal, ethical, and data protection standards and ensure coalition activities are compliant.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new coalition members, ensuring they are well-integrated and informed about ongoing initiatives and expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a technology, transportation, or nonprofit environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) technology is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and engaging busy global stakeholders.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops, run productive meetings, and foster meaningful collaboration across diverse teams.
Expertise with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace).
Proactive problem-solving skills, especially in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
20 hours availability
Experiences in the bicycle domain desirable

This role is fully remote
