At OneVillage, we believe navigating fertility and menopause shouldn't be isolating or confusing. We help members take control of their health by pairing them with expert clinicians, coaches, and care navigators who provide judgment-free, personalized support. You'll be a cornerstone of this experience, providing education, counseling, and optional care planning to women navigating:

• Perimenopause and menopause

• Hormonal health and HRT decisions

• Fertility preservation and family planning

• Postpartum and reproductive transitions

💻 What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual one-on-one consultations with members navigating fertility or menopause-related issues

• Educate members on evidence-based options including lifestyle changes, clinical treatments, and integrative support

• Help members interpret lab results, weigh risks and benefits, and make health decisions

• Collaborate with OneVillage’s team of coaches and navigators to deliver integrated care plans

• Provide compassionate, trauma-informed guidance with attention to cultural and individual needs

• Participate in resource development or group session offerings if desired (optional)

✅ What You Bring

• Active license as an RN, PA, DO, or MD in at least one U.S. state

• 2+ years experience supporting individuals with menopause, fertility, or hormonal health concerns

• Familiarity with HRT, contraception, fertility interventions, or functional medicine approaches to hormonal care

• Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic bedside manner

• Experience in tele-health or digital care platforms preferred

• Comfort working independently and maintaining clinical documentation in a remote setting

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Certification in functional medicine, integrative health, or women’s health specialties

• Experience counseling LGBTQ+ or nonbinary patients through reproductive transitions

• Familiarity with lab interpretation tools or hormone health tracking

• Multi-state licensure or interest in expanding your license footprint
