About The Role
The Therapy Services Coordinator at PsychPlus is responsible for growing the clinical supervisor role including hiring, training and putting process in place to manage and track the supervision, oversight of notes and process in galaxy for clinical auditing and oversight. This position should create written and electronic processes for all with onboarding supervisors in every state through recruitment, collaboration with HR and posting and sourcing individually on your Linkedin and creating Linked posts. You’ll guide our growing team of licensed supervisors, ensuring clinical excellence, strong team culture, and regulatory compliance across both in-person and virtual care settings.
As Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for departmental hiring, onboarding, and training for supervisors—including introducing new clinicians to our internal systems and electronic health record (EHR). When needed, you’ll step in to provide direct supervision or clinical support, ensuring continuity of care and smooth team operations. This is a high-impact role ideal for a licensed clinical supervisor with strong leadership skills, operational acumen, and a passion for accessible mental healthcare.
Responsibilities
Lead and scale the Supervisors in the therapy department across multiple markets and in all states, ensuring consistency in care delivery and team performance
Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and workflows for the Supervisors and Supervisor process, auditing, onboarding and create electronic/written processes for same
Monitor clinical KPIs and quality assurance metrics; intervene when needed to maintain or improve performance
Support Clinical Supervisors in managing escalated cases or clinical concerns
Ensure therapists are delivering evidence-based, ethical, and culturally responsive care
Promote cross-functional collaboration with psychiatry and administrative teams
Lead hiring efforts for clinical supervisors in collaboration with HR/recruitment
Facilitate onboarding for all new hires, including system access, EHR training, documentation standards, and clinical orientation
Develop and lead ongoing clinical trainings to support skill development, licensure, and EHR proficiency
Maintain licensure compliance by tracking and ensuring proper supervision hours, CEU completion, and documentation standards
Requirements
LICSW, LCSW-S, LPC-S, or LMFT-S license in good standing
Minimum of 5 years post-licensure experience, including 2+ years in a clinical supervisory or leadership capacity
Experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing clinical teams
Demonstrated ability to train clinicians on documentation standards and EHR platforms
Strong knowledge of HIPAA, licensing requirements, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Comfortable in a startup environment with evolving systems and priorities
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital-first environment

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be $75/hour for 10 hours weekly at the commencement of employment
