Social Media Specialist (Part-Time)

Workspire is a growing recruiting firm helping construction, engineering, and data center companies find top talent. We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media Specialist to help grow our social media presence and share our story with industry professionals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and schedule 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week (copy + basic graphics)

  • Highlight candidate wins, client partnerships, and industry insights

  • Monitor engagement and foster online community

  • Help brainstorm content ideas and campaigns

  • Track performance and suggest improvements

You’re a Great Fit If:

  • You’ve managed LinkedIn (or other professional social media) accounts before

  • Copywriting and storytelling are your strengths

  • You can create simple graphics (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.)

  • You’re organized, proactive, and work well remotely

  • You're looking for part-time or freelance work

  • Bonus: You have an interest in construction, engineering, or data centers
