Social Media Specialist (Part-Time)
Workspire is a growing recruiting firm helping construction, engineering, and data center companies find top talent. We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media Specialist to help grow our social media presence and share our story with industry professionals.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and schedule 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week (copy + basic graphics)
Highlight candidate wins, client partnerships, and industry insights
Monitor engagement and foster online community
Help brainstorm content ideas and campaigns
Track performance and suggest improvements
You’re a Great Fit If:
You’ve managed LinkedIn (or other professional social media) accounts before
Copywriting and storytelling are your strengths
You can create simple graphics (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.)
You’re organized, proactive, and work well remotely
You're looking for part-time or freelance work
Bonus: You have an interest in construction, engineering, or data centers
