Social Media Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an innovative Social Media Marketing Manager to help build brand awareness and elevate our online presence. As an integral member of the digital marketing team, this role will assist in developing a multi-channel social media strategy, creation of dynamic branded content across all social media platforms, identify key metrics and digital media opportunities, engage with customers, report analytics on conversions, campaign performance and engagement. The ideal candidate will make data-driven decisions to optimize our social media channels, work well autonomously and also have strong time management skills. This role works closely with: CEO, Digital Marketing team, Production Manager, Operations Department; customers, artists

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate and post engaging content for social media platforms

  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content

  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and production teams to create and maintain a social media calendar

  • Execution involves a variety of formats including carousel, reels, stories - square and tall formatting

  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends

  • Interact with online community and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments

  • Execute a results and revenue driven social media strategy

  • Have an eye toward conversions and benchmarks

  • Compile and review analytics and create reports on key metrics

  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing strategy

  • Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms

  • Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic

  • Extensive knowledge of 1990s and 2000s art, music and entertainment a plus

Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years brand awareness/art direction experience - required

  • 2-5 years experience with B2C social media marketing & content development - required

  • 2-5 years project management - required

  • 1-3 years experience in graphic design - preferred

  • 1-3 years experience with Shopify - preferred

  • Museum or Art Gallery experience preferred

  • Digital Marketing background - required

  • English or Journalism background a plus
