Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will support organizational leaders and staff with a variety of tasks, including scheduling, diary management, correspondence, and clerical responsibilities. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively while ensuring the seamless flow of daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

  • Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management

  • Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools

  • Experience in non-profit or youth-focused organizations is a plus
