Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

What We're Seeking
Patch is hiring an Operations Coordinator to help ensure our care spaces across the country (and growing every day!) run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a part-time, remote position and an exciting opportunity to support the daily operations of a category-defining company redefining how families access care. You'll work closely with our team to make sure every Patch space is set up for success.
What You'll Do
Site launches and inventory management
Serve as project manager for the supply ordering and set-up of new site launches
Set up all technology for new site launches (including site-specific webpages and phone systems)
Oversee supply ordering and distribution across all locations
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely restocking of essential items
Facilities and technology management & maintenance
Conduct regular facility inspections across all sites to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
Serve as primary point of contact to coordinate routine maintenance and emergency facility issues across multiple locations
Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers for all sites
Coordinate and oversee technology systems across all sites, serving as primary point of contact for technology issues
Keep information up-to-date on site websites
Administrative support and compliance
Maintain safety equipment at sites and and implement emergency preparedness protocols
Ensure all facilities meet state safety requirements and regulations
Assist in tracking and storing caregiver records such as immunizations, health and background clearances, certifications, emergency contacts, addresses, etc. in accordance with state guidelines
Partner closely with Regional Care Directors and HQ team members to identify needs, solve problems, and ensure smooth operations across all sites.
Who You Are
As the Operations Coordinator of Childcare Centers, you excel at the following:
Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple facility projects simultaneously across various locations
Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills for emergencies and operational challenges
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Technology Proficiency: Experience with managing various software systems & very comfortable learning new technology products
You Likely Have
3+ years of operations, project management, or facilities management experience, preferably in multi-site operations
Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and contracts
Ability to travel between multiple sites across the country
Experience with budget management and cost center operations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
US citizenship or work authorization
