CRM Specialist-Surefire CRM (Contract)
About the Role:
We’re a fast-paced, boutique marketing consultancy working primarily in the mortgage and financial services space. We’re looking to bring on a freelancer with direct experience using Surefire CRM by Top of Mind to help support our client work.
This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked with a mortgage lender or marketing department and is familiar with the ins and outs of Surefire—from email journeys and campaigns to content management and LO support.
What You'll Do:
Set up and modify contact journeys and automation workflows
Upload and manage contact lists
Edit or schedule campaigns in Surefire
Troubleshoot CRM issues or field client questions
Provide strategic input on campaign improvements
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience SPECIFICALLY using Surefire CRM (must-have)
Experience listed on your resume working in-house at a mortgage lender or bank (must-have)
Strong communication and task management skills
Ability to work independently and meet quick deadlines
Available for weekly check-ins and project updates
Bonus if You Have:
Experience with Total Expert or other mortgage-focused CRMs
Email copywriting or light design skills
Familiarity with marketing automation best practices
