About the role:

We are seeking licensed professional counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care to patients grappling with chronic pain. In addition to traditional counseling responsibilities, candidates may also have the opportunity to fulfill aspects of a health coaching role, supporting patients in adopting holistic approaches to pain management and wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with patients experiencing chronic pain.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

  • Empower patients to become active participants in their pain management journey.

  • Provide support and guidance to help patients navigate emotional challenges associated with chronic pain.

  • Assist patients in implementing lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in at least one of these states (FL, MI, MN, MD, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, NC, GA, OH)

  • At least 2 years of experience in counseling individuals with chronic pain or related conditions preferred.

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.

  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna or other payers is considered a plus.

  • Passion for promoting holistic health and wellness.
