Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly responsive Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing and sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and social media graphics-with quick turnarounds. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure all collateral is on-brand, engaging, and effective.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, has a strong eye for design, and is comfortable working independently on ad-hoc projects. If this sounds like you, apply now!
A day in the life:
Design and produce marketing and sales collateral (presentations, one-pagers, social media graphics, and other materials) within brand guidelines
Deliver high-quality work quickly to meet tight deadlines
Maintain brand consistency across all materials
Adapt existing content into new formats while preserving brand voice and visual identity
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives
Manage multiple requests at once while maintaining strong attention to detail
About you:
2+ years of experience in marketing design, sales collateral creation, or a related field
Strong portfolio or relevant work samples demonstrating design skills and brand alignment
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Canva
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms or tools as needed
Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently
Excellent time management and organization, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Availability during East Coast business hours, five days/week (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET)

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Tandym. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Tandym to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
