K-12 School Mental Health Professional Staffing Advisor (Part-Time)


Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to help Sonar (description below) to help Sonar build partnerships with organizations that staff schools with mental health professionals (e.g., counselors, social workers, psychologists, etc.).

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Making introduction to staffing & provider agencies

  • Sharing insights with our executive team to build successful partnerships

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in a leadership role at a school mental health staffing agency or provider group

  • Passion for improving the mental health of young people

What We’d Like To See

  • Deep rolodex of mental health staffing agency or provider group leaders

  • Ability to book introductory meetings with targeted leaders

Compensation & Other

  • Commission / success based comp

  • Potential for equity based compensation for the right candidate

  • Flexible part-time role; 1-4 hours per month; set your own schedule
