Creative + Experienced UX/UI Designer (Freelance)

We are looking for a creative, organized, and disciplined UX/UI Designer with motion experience to design clean and compelling website designs, landing pages, and social/digital media posts that reflect brand continuity.
Role and Responsibilities:
Design high-level, clean, and modern website designs and landing pages.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including social media and digital media posts.
Incorporate motion graphics to enhance user experience and engagement.
Collaborate closely with our team and clients, participating in regular Zoom meetings to review and refine designs.
Deliver high-quality work within deadlines, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Experience with motion design tools like After Effects.
Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and functional.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend your design decisions.
A passion for design and a desire to grow by doing great work.
Availability to start immediately and dedicate time to our projects.
Willingness to work at a sustainable rate for consistent, long-term collaboration.
