Growth and Partnerships Coordinator (Part-Time)
$35/hr | 20 hours/week | Reports to CEO
Adipeau is a fast-growing, science-driven skincare brand with a strong direct-to-consumer presence and hundreds of aesthetician partnerships worldwide. We’re looking for a Growth and Partnerships Coordinator to support our leadership team across New York, Los Angeles, and Brussels.
This is a part-time, remote role (20 hours per week) ideal for a recent college graduate who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and ensuring things get done. You’ll help manage our communication flow, organize messages, and support partnership outreach as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do
Track and organize Instagram messages and partnership inquiries
Create and assign follow-up actions for leadership team members
Communicate professionally with potential and existing partners
Keep our global team aligned and accountable
What We’re Looking For
Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and organized — you take ownership of your work
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities
Experience in team sports (high school or college) is a plus — we value teamwork and accountability
Familiarity with spreadsheets, social platforms, or CRMs (training provided)
