Email Marketing (Klaviyo) Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

Boutique email marketing agency Joy Joya, specializing exclusively in women-focused ecommerce brands, is seeking a Part-Time (Remote) Email Marketing Operations Assistant (Klaviyo) – Execution & QA Focus to join our growing, fully remote team.

This is a task-based, execution-focused role. You will NOT be responsible for strategy, copywriting, or design. Instead, you’ll take finalized briefs, approved content, and templates and accurately build, QA, and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured workflows, checklists, and getting things right the first time.

This is a part-time W-2, fully remote position with flexible hours (after initial onboarding and training).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo using finalized briefs, copy, links, and assets

  • Set up flows, segments, and campaign details following clear SOPs and instructions

  • Upload and place creative assets into existing Klaviyo templates

  • QA emails for: links and tracking; formatting and layout; mobile responsiveness; timing and segmentation

  • Double-check all work to ensure accuracy before send

  • Follow structured checklists to ensure nothing is missed

  • Flag missing information or inconsistencies before building

Requirements

  • Experience working with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, or templates)

  • Familiarity with slicing email assets from Figma or working with pre-designed email layouts

  • Strong attention to detail - precision is critical

  • Ability to follow instructions exactly and consistently

  • Strong written English communication

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Familiarity with email QA fundamentals, including checking formatting, links, mobile responsiveness, and catching obvious rendering issues

  • Basic familiarity with email UX best practices and knowing when to flag a layout or rendering concern for review

  • Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Notion and other collaboration tools

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with ecommerce brands

  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding for email troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with other ESPs (Omnisend, MailerLite, Mailchimp)
