Director of Administrative & Legal Services (Part-Time)
Latitude is partnering with a behavioral health company seeking a skilled Director of Administrative and Legal Services for a remote part-time role. This position plays a key role supporting executive leadership and business operations by overseeing contract review, handling day-to-day administrative and legal-related matters, and serving as a trusted internal resource for operational guidance. The ideal candidate will have the judgment and experience to review contracts, identify issues appropriately, answer non-legal business questions, and recognize when outside counsel should be engaged.
Position Details of the Director of Administrative and Legal Services Role:

Schedule: ~10 hours per week

Requirements For The Director Of Administrative And Legal Services
6+ years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, compliance, or related in-house administrative/legal support roles
Strong experience reviewing, managing, and coordinating commercial contracts and vendor agreements
Ability to serve as a practical business partner to internal stakeholders across operations and leadership teams
Strong understanding of risk identification and escalation, including knowing when to involve outside counsel
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a remote work environment
Experience supporting healthcare, behavioral health, or highly regulated industries is a plus
Outstanding professional references
Compensation
Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage for work or acts or omissions provided within the scope of a Latitude-authorized engagement. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
