Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Child Foundation, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children’s education, is seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator to expand our digital outreach and donor engagement.

Scope of Responsibility: Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator reports and works under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Outreach.

Classification: Non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

Position Type: Remote and part-time, 20 hours per week.

Location: Within the United States.

Salary Range and Benefits

  • $22 - $26/hour DOE

  • 401(k) with employer matching

Essential Job Functions 

  • Plan and manage social media campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok

  • Create and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads and social media ads)

  • Lead SEO strategy and keyword optimization

  • Perform website optimization (content updates, performance improvements, and user experience enhancements)

  • Track analytics, traffic, and conversion performance

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads

  • Expertise in SEO and website optimization (technical and on-page)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, etc.)

  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working with a nonprofit team

  • Interest in humanitarian or nonprofit work is a strong plus

  • Fluency in Farsi preferred but not required
