Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Child Foundation, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children’s education, is seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator to expand our digital outreach and donor engagement.
Scope of Responsibility: Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator reports and works under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Outreach.
Classification: Non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Position Type: Remote and part-time, 20 hours per week.
Location: Within the United States.
Salary Range and Benefits
$22 - $26/hour DOE

Essential Job Functions
Plan and manage social media campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Create and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads and social media ads)
Lead SEO strategy and keyword optimization
Perform website optimization (content updates, performance improvements, and user experience enhancements)
Track analytics, traffic, and conversion performance
Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning and growth initiatives
Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media campaigns
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Expertise in SEO and website optimization (technical and on-page)
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, etc.)
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working with a nonprofit team
Interest in humanitarian or nonprofit work is a strong plus
Fluency in Farsi preferred but not required
