We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriting & Marketing Assistant who is passionate about fashion, bridal, and storytelling. This role will focus primarily on copywriting tasks across social media and marketing platforms, managing Instagram, with occasional long-form GEO & SEO content and assistance in other marketing-related tasks as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write GEO & SEO-Optimized Long Form Content: Craft engaging, keyword and prompt-rich content to drive organic traffic to our website, using GEO principles.

  • Write Social Media Copy: Write captivating captions for Instagram and assist in creating compelling content for TikTok and Pinterest.

  • Write Email Marketing Copywriting: Write persuasive and on-brand copy for email marketing campaigns.

  • Instagram Community Management: Manage, respond and interact with DMs, comments and tagged posts. Build and nurture a stong relationship with vendors in the community.

  • Stay on Top of Trends: Monitor trends in the bridal, fashion, and shoe industries to keep our content fresh and relevant.

  • Contribute to Additional Projects as Needed: Be flexible and willing to assist with tasks that may extend beyond your primary scope, supporting the team where needed.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with our campaigns, launches and overall brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • Previous internship or experience in writing, marketing, or social media preferred

  • Strong knowledge of GEO and SEO principles and best practices is a plus

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills

  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate unfamiliar situations gracefully

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

  • Self-discipline and a proactive attitude, with a strong ability to meet deadlines consistently 

  • Must have access to a personal computer for remote work. 

This is an hourly position. Weekly work hours are between 20-40 hours (typically closer to 40)
