We’re looking for a part-time contractor to help manage and support our growing community programs. This person will play a key role in running our Launch Bootcamp sessions, maintaining relationships with mentors, speakers, and participants, and facilitating local DPC meetups. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about building meaningful connections within professional communities.

This is a remote, part-time contractor role with a minimum commitment of 1 year (approximately 10–15 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate Launch Bootcamp cohorts in partnership with Head of Community (eg. send weekly emails, moderate live classes, create marketing assets).

    • Organize speakers for Launch Bootcamp, including sending check in emails, thank-you gifts, and coordinating presentation materials.

    • Research and secure venues for in-person DPC meetups while staying within budget and keeping in line with brand standards.

    • Manage invitations and RSVPs, send reminders, and follow up with local host and attendees after each meetupSupport event communications, including announcements, recaps, and feedback collection.

    • Participate in the Hint Community and foster a positive and inclusive environment.

Have to have

    • 2+ years of experience in community management, event coordination, or program management

    • Demonstrated ability to moderate community discussions and live events

    • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain partnerships through digital communication channels

    • Deeply customer-centric with a passion for turning feedback into action

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Eligible to work legally in the US or Canada for Hint Health and living within a US time zone

Highly desired

    • Familiarity with online community and event tools (eg. Circle, Eventbrite)

    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines independently

    • Comfortable working asynchronously with a distributed team

    • Experience starting a small business or working at a private practice clinic

    • Experience creating and delivering educational training and curriculum
