Strategic Operations and Practice Integrator (Part-Time)

The Mission

Life By Design moves high-achieving professionals and organizations from "surviving to thriving." As the Founder, my primary focus is high-impact coaching and facilitation. I am looking for my Strategic Operations and Practice Integrator—the strategic partner who serves as the connective tissue between my vision and the business’s execution.

We are currently in a season of "The Big Shift": expanding from 1:1 coaching toward team coaching, B2B institutional work, and an education-centered model. This is not a traditional assistant role. You are a hands-on builder, writer, and executor who will own the "How" so I can focus on the "What" and "Why."

The Three Pillars of Your Impact

1. Curriculum Architecture & IP Design (The "Writer")

  • Concept Synthesis: Transform raw coaching concepts into structured, high-level educational assets, modules, and worksheets.

  • Editorial Authority: Execute "Voice Alignment," refining raw notes into warm, authoritative, and evidence-based content for high-level professionals.

  • Asset Stewardship: Own the lifecycle of our IP, ensuring all materials are branded, organized, and ready for immediate deployment.

2. Market Validation & Institutional Growth (The "Catalyst")

  • Concept Testing & Research: Conduct scrappy market research and customer discovery to validate new B2B program ideas before launch.

  • Strategic Pitching: Open doors for team coaching and retreats, drafting bespoke, high-impact communications for decision-makers at organizations like law firms.

  • Institutional Partnership Management: Orchestrate the outreach strategy to foster long-term relationships and identify new opportunities for engagement.

3. Operational Leadership & Brand Stewardship (The "Integrator")

  • Strategic Gatekeeping: Manage the practice’s inbox to prioritize opportunities and protect the Founder’s capacity for high-level strategy.

  • Project Architecture: Lead the end-to-end execution of "Special Projects"—moving them from concept to completed reality.

  • Systems Evolution: Proactively identify and bridge strategic gaps in our workflow, building the foundations that allow the practice to run optimally.
