The Opportunity

We’re hiring Parental Leave Consultants to support parents navigating their leave plans.

This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding parents through complex systems with empathy and clarity.

You don’t need prior professional parental leave experience. We will train you on our process and the leave programs in your region.

This role is perfect for someone who wants meaningful, mission-driven work while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

You’ll work closely with Hello, Bundle’s founder and team, supporting parents through consultations and group calls while helping us deliver a thoughtful, human-first experience.

What You’ll Do

Parent Consultations & Support

  • Lead Zoom consultations with new and expecting parents navigating parental leave

  • Explain timelines, eligibility requirements, and benefit structures using the Hello, Bundle method

  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand their concerns and goals

  • Provide clear, supportive guidance during an often stressful life transition

  • Answer questions and provide education about parental leave programs

  • Create a welcoming, judgment-free space where parents feel supported

Client Experience & Trust

  • Treat the parent experience as sacred. We work with people during one of the most vulnerable and uncertain moments of their lives.

  • Ensure every interaction reinforces clarity, trust, and care

  • Share your own experience navigating parental leave when helpful and appropriate

Ongoing Learning

  • Learn the ins and outs of parental leave programs in your region

  • Participate in trainings and team discussions

  • Stay curious about how we can better support parents

Who You Are
