Outreach & Enrollment Partner (Contract)
About Us
The Collaborative Collective partners with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to strengthen operations, leadership, and strategy. One of our signature offerings, the Aspire Leadership Cohort, equips senior managers to step into executive roles with confidence. Aspire is future-focused, equity-centered, and transformational.
We keep our client portfolio intentionally small so we can provide high-touch, human-centered support. Our work is grounded in kindness, curiosity, humility, and equity.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time contractor to support outreach and enrollment for Aspire. This is not a corporate sales role — instead, it’s ideal for someone with experience in nonprofit fundraising, program recruitment, or community engagement.
You’ll help shape light systems for tracking and follow-up while building authentic relationships that connect the right leaders to Aspire. Outreach will be organic and relational — grounded in conversations, thoughtful follow-ups, and trust-based engagement.
Commitment: Estimated at 12–15 hours per week, invoiced monthly. Work can be done on your own schedule, with responsiveness to leads within 24 hours.
Responsibilities
Conduct organic, values-aligned outreach to nonprofit leaders.
Nurture prospects and schedule discovery calls.
Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up using a CRM.
Help shape outreach systems and templates.
Provide a short weekly progress update.
Compensation: $2,000/month base plus performance incentives
Qualifications

Entrepreneurial and organized — able to build while doing.
