About Healthyish

Healthyish is a small but mighty venture studio led by Derek Flanzraich (founder of Greatist, acquired by Healthline). We build and back brands that make healthy-ish living feel more joyful, less judgy, and way more accessible.

Right now, we’re focused on three main things:

  • Healthyish Content – a health-first content agency that creates best-on-the-internet articles for brands like Parsley Health and Oshi. (We love content that’s actually helpful and doesn’t make your eyes glaze over.)

  • Fixie Dust – our soon-to-launch brain-boosting supplement for mental clarity, made for people who want to feel sharper without spiralling into supplement TikTok.

  • 5HT – our weekly newsletter where Derek shares five healthy-ish things he’s loving (or not loving) that week. Think: recs, rants, and the occasional wellness eye-roll.

We’re looking for an operational powerhouse to help keep our fast-moving venture studio running smoothly. If you’re hyper-organized, great with people, and not afraid to ask a question (or answer one), you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

This role starts with focused support across two core areas–Healthyish Content (our health-focused content agency) and calendar/admin ops for our founder–with room to grow into other projects over time.

What You'll OwnRight away:

🧠 Healthyish Content (Support Liv, our Operating Partner):

  • Light-touch project management for client accounts (onboarding, tracking timelines, helping things move along)

  • Contractor coordination (onboarding, answering questions, helping people get what they need to succeed)

  • Helping with invoicing and tracking payments (clients + contractors)

📆 Calendar & Admin Support (Support Derek, our Founder):

  • Calendar wrangling (across time zones, with a mix of external/internal meetings)

  • Inbox/communications filtering, light travel coordination, admin support as needed

Growth Potential

  • 🌈 Fixie Dust – our in-house CPG brand for mental clarity, launching late Q3 2025

  • Support pre-launch ops, customer experience, and light community engagement

  • Be part of building something from scratch—and learn a ton along the way

  • Opportunity to grow into a 40-hour/week role as we scale

  • Long-term potential to evolve into the Chief of Staff role at Healthyish
