Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OASIS Assessment Clinician with a strong background in Home Health and an active COS-C certification. This is a part-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in clinical assessment while helping our team test and refine cutting-edge tools designed for the home health industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed reviews and provide expert feedback on OASIS-based assessment tools.
Test INMYTEAM’s home health software and provide insights to improve usability and clinical accuracy.
Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with CMS standards and best practices.
Participate in testing sessions and provide clear, structured feedback to support feature development.
Stay updated with CMS/OASIS changes and share insights to guide ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
Active COS-C certification (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience completing or reviewing OASIS assessments in a home health setting.
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and OASIS guidance.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify documentation or compliance gaps.
Comfortable using digital tools and software; experience with technology and testing new systems is a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
RN, PT, OT, or other licensed home health clinician.
Prior experience working with EMR systems or health tech startups.
