Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced OASIS Assessment Clinician with a strong background in Home Health and an active COS-C certification. This is a part-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in clinical assessment while helping our team test and refine cutting-edge tools designed for the home health industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed reviews and provide expert feedback on OASIS-based assessment tools.

  • Test INMYTEAM’s home health software and provide insights to improve usability and clinical accuracy.

  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with CMS standards and best practices.

  • Participate in testing sessions and provide clear, structured feedback to support feature development.

  • Stay updated with CMS/OASIS changes and share insights to guide ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

  • Active COS-C certification (required).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience completing or reviewing OASIS assessments in a home health setting.

  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and OASIS guidance.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify documentation or compliance gaps.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and software; experience with technology and testing new systems is a must.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • RN, PT, OT, or other licensed home health clinician.

  • Prior experience working with EMR systems or health tech startups.
