Medical Partnerships Lead (Freelance)
Compensation: $50/hour, approx. 10 hours per week
Bonus: Commission-based bonuses for partnerships that meet performance benchmarks

As we continue expanding nationally, one of our greatest growth opportunities lies in developing strong partnerships with OB/GYN & midwifery practices, OB service lines, hospital networks in new markets.
About the Role:
We’re hiring a freelance Medical Partnerships Lead to help build and deepen relationships with OB/GYNs, midwives, and hospital networks in select target markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our referral network, helping drive registrations for our prenatal classes by cultivating trust with medical providers.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in medical sales or strategic partnerships who’s looking for flexible, meaningful work that directly impacts the support new parents receive.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage OB/GYN practices, midwives, and hospital maternity teams in markets we identify.
Pitch and position The Parent Collective as a trusted, high-value complement to their prenatal patient education
Manage outreach communications and scheduling of practice visits or virtual introductions
Track outreach and performance using provided tools and reporting systems
Work closely with our core team to iterate on messaging, materials, and strategic approach
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in medical sales, strategic partnerships, or practice outreach
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with the OB/maternal health space preferred
Self-starter with excellent follow-through and organization
Passion for maternal health, parent support, and community-building
Compensation:
$50/hour for up to 10 hours/week
Performance-based bonuses awarded for partnerships that achieve meet agreed upon targets.
