Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
Role Overview
The Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day execution across social media, influencer operations, and marketing coordination. This role focuses on hands-on execution, allowing the senior role to stay focused on strategy, creative direction, and cross-team marketing initiatives.
This is an execution-focused role designed to scale output efficiently while maintaining brand quality.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution
Manage content scheduling, posting, and engagement across our owned social accounts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
Assist with editing and finalizing social content, including feed posts, stories and Reels, prior to publishing
Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and community interactions across platforms.
Help monitor performance and flag opportunities to optimize content formats and timing
Stay current on social trends, viral content, and platform best practices, contributing fresh ideas to the overall content strategy.
Influencer & Creator Support
Research and build creator lists based on provided criteria and examples
Support influencer outreach, follow-ups, and response tracking
Assist with Aspire campaign execution, organization and manual gifting coordination
Track creator content, posting timelines, and deliverables
Help escalate social or influencer-related inquiries internally to ensure timely resolution
Gifting & Samples Coordination
Support sample ordering, shipping coordination, and tracking
Maintain gifting trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
Assist with PR mailers and marketing activation logistics
Admin Support
Maintain shared folders, trackers, and campaign documentation across social and influencer initiatives
Support general administrative needs related to content, gifting, and campaign execution
Reporting Support
Compile basic performance data (engagement, posts, creators, reach) for review
Support reporting prep for campaigns and monthly recaps
Stay informed on social media trends and viral moments to inform reporting insights and future planning
Assist with compiling learnings and observations from high-performing content
Skills / Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field, supporting content creation and brand execution
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and basic AI tools to support creative production
Familiarity with social-first content workflows and fast-paced execution environments
Strong attention to detail to ensure brand consistency across all social outputs
