Landscape Design Mentor (Part-Time)
Our client is looking for an experienced landscape designer who enjoys helping develop emerging talent and supporting a growing design operation.
This is not a traditional full-time production design role.
Instead, we are seeking someone who would enjoy working alongside a newer designer to provide guidance on layout strategy, plant selection, grading considerations, estimating approach, and overall design confidence as project complexity increases.
This role is ideal for a senior designer who:
• enjoys mentoring
• has strong field-aware design instincts
• prefers a flexible schedule
• may be semi-retired or running their own practice
• wants to stay connected to meaningful landscape work without a full-time commitment
