Grants Manager
Position Overview:
The Jewish Fertility Foundation (JFF) provides financial assistance, emotional support, and educational resources to individuals and couples struggling with infertility. As we continue to expand nationally, we seek a part-time Grants Manager to oversee foundation grant compliance, reporting, proposal writing, and grant tracking to ensure our programs remain fully funded and impactful.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with experience in grant writing, compliance tracking, and nonprofit development. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a strong writer, and able to work independently while collaborating with a larger team.

This is a part-time/20 hours week position (with flexible hours) and pays a salary of $30,000 + Federal holidays/major Jewish holidays off + Annual Health Reimbursement
Key Responsibilities
Grant Management & Compliance (80%)
Ensure full compliance with grant contracts, track deliverables, and meet all reporting requirements.
Maintain an updated grants calendar, tracking deadlines, required reports, and renewal opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with foundation representatives, responding to inquiries as needed.
Write compelling grant proposals and reports, working with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data.
Keep JFF’s CRM (Bloomerang) updated with grant-related data, tracking funding status and deadlines.
Grant Data & Reporting (20%)
Track and analyze the impact of grants, collecting data for funder reports.
Collaborate with the finance team to monitor grant expenditures and ensure budget alignment.
Research new grant opportunities and identify potential funding sources.
Qualifications and Requirements
3+ years of experience in grant writing, nonprofit development, or compliance tracking.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent writing skills, particularly for grant proposals and reporting.
Experience using CRM/databases (e.g., Bloomerang) for grant tracking.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Passion for JFF’s mission and an understanding of fertility-related issues (preferred).
