Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time)
Compensation: hourly + quarterly incentive-based bonus
Summary
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our cross-functional marketing efforts across paid, organic, affiliate, and earned channels. This part-time (20–25 hrs/week) role is ideal for someone who’s both a performance marketer and creative thinker—ready to drive campaign execution, optimize results, and collaborate across our growing business. You’ll also help us innovate by leveraging AI tools, building custom prompts, and documenting repeatable workflows to increase efficiency across all marketing initiatives.
Your Core Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Strategy & AI Integration
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Document custom prompts and workflows to train AI models
Standardize and integrate AI usage across all marketing functions
Paid Media Execution
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
Implement creative A/B tests and retargeting flows
Track performance and adjust based on data (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Campaign Management
Support product launches, promos, and pricing updates for our digital course, hiring services, B2B, certification program, and app launch
Maintain a campaign calendar with all deliverables and deadlines
Execute cross-platform campaigns that align ads, emails, and landing pages
Manage webinar funnel and sales campaign execution
Partnership & Affiliate Program Execution
Onboard and manage affiliate partners, influencers, and collaborators
Provide promo materials and regular updates
Track performance and assist with light reporting
Leverage speaking engagements and partner events for retargeting and brand visibility
Content & Creation Strategy
Run weekly content planning meetings and manage review cycles
Brainstorm and execute new content ideas across platforms
Coordinate with freelance creators (social + blog) to ensure timely delivery
Align messaging across paid, organic, and partner content
Upload and schedule content (emails, posts, blogs)
Gather and utilize testimonials, use cases, and targeted messaging
Tracking & Reporting
Monitor KPIs across all channels and report weekly
Identify trends, flag issues, and suggest quick improvements
Build funnels and ensure performance meets lead generation and sales goals
Earned Media & Podcasts
Manage monthly press submissions
Coordinate podcast interviews and support ongoing tour
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
5+ years in a digital marketing execution or campaign management role
Proven results managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Familiarity with selling digital products and online courses
Experience with product launches, evergreen funnels, and lead magnets
Ability to coordinate across teams and with contractors
Proficient in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Flodesk, and ThriveCart
Bonus If You Have
Experience in parenting, home/lifestyle, or household services sectors
Knowledge of Flodesk, ThriveCart, Membership.io, and Notion
Light design or copyediting skills (e.g., Canva, short-form video)
Portfolio or examples of successful campaigns

Ads are launched and optimized independently
Campaigns and content go out on time and align across platforms
Affiliate partners are supported and engaged
Product sales and lead generation steadily increase
Performance is tracked and shared with actionable insights
Compensation
Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience
Bonus: Quarterly incentive based performance bonus
Schedule & Work Environment
Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week, flexible schedule
Remote: Work from anywhere with reliable, high-speed internet access — must be able to take Zoom calls
