Digital Lead (Part-Time)
Part-Time, 1099 | $35–$45/hr depending on experience | ~20 hrs per week with potential to grow
Vallure is a brand and performance marketing firm serving established, growth-minded businesses across real estate, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, and design. Our mission is to be an agency champion for clients who value strategic partnership, elevated creative, and measurable results. We blend brand clarity with performance precision — helping our clients scale with smart, data-driven storytelling and best-in-class execution.
We’re looking for a Digital Lead to join our team in a high-ownership, client-facing role. This person will serve as the strategic bridge between our internal project team and leadership team, ensuring every digital touchpoint in the customer journey is aligned, optimized, and proactively managed. You will guide the direction of multi-channel campaigns, identify opportunities, elevate recommendations, and ensure our work maintains the caliber, clarity, and polish Vallure is known for.
This role requires someone who is deeply strategic, highly proactive, comfortable leading conversations, and confident interpreting data into meaningful insights. You must understand business objectives as much as you understand digital performance — and know how to translate both into a cohesive, client-ready narrative.
Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic digital lead for assigned accounts, overseeing the full customer journey and identifying opportunities, gaps, and necessary pivots.
Act as a liaison between Project Management, Operations, and our digital team to ensure unified direction, clarity, and proactive execution.
Lead internal communication around digital strategy, performance insights, and next steps — ensuring all team members are aligned on monthly and quarterly objectives.
Oversee the work of specialized team members including Digital Specialists, Campaign Managers, SEO/Conversion Specialists, and Social Media Managers (designers do not report to this role).
Guide campaign strategy, review optimizations, interpret data, and support our campaign manager in ensuring performance remains aligned with client goals.
Evaluate analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Hotjar, etc.) and translate findings into high-value insights and client-ready recommendations.
Support with funnel analysis, user-flow refinement, CRO recommendations, and opportunities to strengthen digital performance.
Join client meetings (as requested) to represent performance strategy, present findings, and articulate forward direction with polish and clarity.
Uphold Vallure’s proactive approach: identifying issues before they surface and recommending next steps grounded in data and business context.
Collaborate with team members on content strategy, email marketing insights, and integrated campaign recommendations when needed.
Ensure delivery of tight, complete, client-ready work before handoff to leadership or the client.
Qualifications
3–5+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth strategy roles
Strong command of campaign strategy, optimization, and data interpretation (Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, looker dashboards, UTMs, A/B testing, etc.)
Experience leading or coordinating with multi-disciplinary digital teams
Ability to synthesize data into narratives that guide decisions
Highly proactive communication style — able to anticipate needs, flag risks, and advocate for strategic direction
Strong client-facing presence: polished communicator, strategic thinker, confident presenter
Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and full-funnel performance frameworks
Experience with email marketing platforms and light CRM/automation knowledge is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, boutique agency environment with shifting priorities and high expectations for excellence
Perks
Fully remote (Houston + Phoenix coworking available for local candidates)
Opportunity to play a core role in shaping the future structure and performance division of the agency
High autonomy, collaborative team, and visibility into leadership
Compensation
$35–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
