CRM Specialist (Part-Time)

UniquelyBrightLife.com is looking for a detail-loving Ontraport pro who can set up, maintain, and track our entire member journey — from the moment someone first clicks on our content to their long-term membership with us. You’ll be the one making sure our marketing and membership systems are accurate, automated, and giving us the weekly and monthly insights we need to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Run Our CRM: Keep Ontraport organized, accurate, and working smoothly every day.

  • Automations & Tagging: Build and maintain automations, tags, and campaigns so every step of the member journey is tracked.

  • Email Marketing: Set up and send campaigns, segment audiences, and track opens, clicks, and conversions.

  • Tracking & Attribution: Use UTM links and reporting tools to see where leads come from (Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, etc.) and what turns them into members.

  • Dashboards & Reports: Create clear weekly and monthly dashboards showing traffic, conversion, and retention — so we know what’s working and what’s not.

  • Member Engagement Tracking: Report on which events, videos, and resources members use most, so we can do more of what works.

  • Campaign Support: Make sure every launch, event, and membership drive is fully trackable from start to finish.

  • Data Cleanup: Keep contact records and reporting accurate so we can make good decisions.

What You Bring

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Ontraport (automation, tagging, campaigns, reporting).

  • Comfortable with UTM tracking and Google Analytics.

  • Able to turn raw numbers into simple insights the team can act on.

  • Skilled at keeping systems organized and running smoothly in a small, fast-moving team.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with other CRMs like ActiveCampaign or Hubspot.

  • Knowledge of SEO, YouTube analytics, or AI-driven content tools.

  • Interest in the neurodiversity or mental health space.

  • Hours: 10-15 hours/week

  • Pay: Depending on Experience (contractor role)
