What you'll do:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented copywriter/content creator to support our marketing and communications efforts on a contract basis. This role will work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to craft compelling messaging across digital, print, and campaign materials.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging copy that connects with audiences and drives action.
Write and edit high-quality copy for a variety of channels, including:
Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to align messaging with brand voice and strategic goals
Translate technical or industry concepts into accessible, engaging language
Support campaign development with messaging, headlines, and calls to action
Campaign ideation - proactive contributor
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences (customers, partners, employees, etc.)
Help maintain and evolve brand voice guidelines
What you'll bring:
A creative problem-solver with a strong visual eye and attention to detail
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
Comfortable working independently with quick turnaround times and shifting priorities
Familiar with branding principles and accessibility-conscious design
Bonus: You have experience working with healthcare or mission-driven brands
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of professional copywriting or content writing experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, or brand copy
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to write in multiple tones and formats
Experience working with marketing teams or agencies
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Healthcare experience preferred
