Brand Designer (Freelance, Contract)
Our enterprise client is undergoing a brand refresh for a departmental brand within a larger corporate identity. We're seeking a Brand Designer to support the creation of visual assets that align with existing brand guidelines while bringing a fresh, distinct look to the department. This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Community Impact and is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, project-driven environment. This is a 6-8 week project with final assets in by the end of the year, fully remote.
In order of priority, the Brand Designer will be responsible for:
Designing a unique brand logo that can be adapted for multiple uses (e.g., Inclusion + Community Impact as well as Inclusion and Community Impact separately)
Creating a simplified brand kit, using the company's established color palette and fonts
Developing a PowerPoint slide template with 6+ layout options
Designing a Microsoft Teams background
Creating an email banner
Designing a SharePoint banner
Qualifications:
Strong portfolio showcasing brand design and brand identity work
Experience with secondary brand identity (creating sub-brands within a larger brand ecosystem) is a plus
Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
Comfortable working on a fast-paced, deadline-driven project
