Advertising Campaign Assistant (Part-Time)
Contractor, Part-Time | Remote | Flexible Hours | Opportunity for Growth
City Mom Collective is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Advertising Campaign Assistant to support the execution of our national advertising campaigns. This is a part-time contractor role (estimated hours starting at 2-3 hours per week or around 10 hours per month; hours will vary) with the opportunity to grow into a Campaign Coordinator position with additional hours.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping projects on track, and has a knack for organizing details and assets. You’ll be working closely with our operations and sales team to ensure that our ad campaigns run smoothly—from kickoff to final deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Monday.com project boards for each ad campaign
Monitor deadlines and help keep campaigns on track
Organize and maintain campaign assets for easy access by our publishing partners
Prepare deliverable previews (Google Drive folders, Airtable links, etc.) for clients to review
Provide administrative support as needed for campaign logistics and communication
Qualifications:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with project management tools (experience with Monday.com is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
Self-starter with strong communication and follow-up skills
Experience with Google Drive, shared file systems, and task management tools
Bonus: Experience with marketing, advertising, or influencer campaigns
Who This Role Is For:
You’re detail-obsessed and love creating order from chaos
You thrive on keeping projects moving and proactively solving problems before they become issues
You’re comfortable using (or learning) platforms like Monday.com, Google Drive, and Airtable
You enjoy supporting a team behind the scenes and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
You’re flexible, responsive, and can adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
You value clear communication, can take initiative, and follow through on what you say you’ll do
You’re excited about the opportunity to grow into a bigger role over time
Who This Role Isn’t For:
You’re easily overwhelmed by moving pieces or juggling multiple deadlines
You prefer a set schedule with the same number of hours and pay each week
You need constant oversight or struggle with managing your own time
You find administrative tasks like organizing files or setting up task boards tedious
You’re not comfortable attending meetings during regular business hours (CST)
You’re looking for a role with consistent, predictable hours and income each month—starting off, this role will vary depending on advertising workload
NOTE: Due to the nature of this role and its involvement in managing advertiser campaigns, we are specifically seeking candidates who are not currently affiliated with any publishers within our advertising network (including site owners, associated site contributors, and its team members). This ensures clarity of roles and helps us avoid any potential conflicts of interest across our national campaign efforts.
