Dr. Tracy Dalgleish is a psychologist and couples therapist. She provides therapy and coaching for individuals and couples all over the world, and wellness seminars to groups and workplaces. A mom of two young children and owner of a mental health clinic, she knows what it means to balance the full load. She also knows that communication issues and unhelpful patterns don’t just occur in relationships with partners. Her approach to working with clients covers all relationships in a mother’s life, including immediate family, extended family, and friends. She helps mothers improve their relationships and find balance, tackle the mental load, set boundaries, and feel happy.
