Anna McKay is a Career Transition and Leadership Development coach who helps parents reconnect with their professional strengths and move forward in a career they love with confidence. She’s the founder of Parents Pivot and has been featured in places like Indeed, The Washington Post, The Mom Project, Path Forward, and General Assembly—but what really matters to her is helping parents feel capable, supported, and seen as they navigate what’s next.

Parents Pivot grew out of Anna’s own experience navigating big life and career shifts. After three international moves, raising two kids (current teenagers), and spending more than a decade coaching, she kept hearing the same story from friends and clients: talented, capable parents who wanted to return to paid work—or pivot into something more sustainable—but felt unsure where to start. Many questioned their skills, felt isolated, overwhelmed, or stuck between wanting fulfilling work and needing flexibility that honored their family life.

Anna founded Parents Pivot in 2019 to change that experience. Today, she works with parents who are ready for a next chapter—whether that’s returning after a pause or pivoting into a role that better supports them as both professionals and parents. Through thoughtful, personalized 1:1 coaching, she helps clients get clear on their strengths, articulate their value, and move forward in a way that feels grounded and doable.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief: parents bring incredible skills to the workplace—and with the right support, they can build careers they love and meaningful lives.

Jay Van Dyke - Top Rated Squarespace Web Designer in New Jersey

Hi, I’m Jay. I’m a freelance web developer who specializes in Squarespace, and I’ve been building and customizing Squarespace sites for over 9 years.

A lot of my experience comes from working inside the real constraints of the platform, not just designing pages but dealing with how sites actually behave once they’re live. That means things like layout limitations, styling edge cases, performance quirks, and the moments where Squarespace is great until it suddenly isn’t.

Most of what I write here comes directly from real projects, real questions, and real problems I see people run into with Squarespace every day.
